Nexus One Got a Price Drop

I don’t know if its has any relation with its sales flops in its first week or not but Google Nexus One already get a price drop, a major price drop.While the early adopters which buy from T-Mobile gotta pay for $379.99, now the price is slashed $100 to just $279.99. Buyer who pay the $379.99 price will get a $100 refund via Google Checkout within two weeks.

A CDMA Android phone dubbed E90 is released by Hisense of China. Sport a 3.5″ HVGA TFT touchscreen display, Hisense E90 is powered by Qualcomm QSC6085 chipset and a 1500mAh battery. Its features including 5MP camera with autofocus, FM tuner and Blueooth.

Google Nexus One, Only 20K in the First Week ?

With all those hype, buzz, anthusiasm and big Adwords csampaign, how many unit do you think that Nexus One was sold in the first week ? One Million ? Dead wrong. According to analytics report from Flurry, Google Nexus One was sold just 20,000 units in its first week. This was outnumbered by iPhone GS which was sold 1.6 million units and even by Android which was sold 250,000 units in a week. What ? This is because the N1 was sold on a single network only at its launch ? Well, how about this myTouch 3G phone which was available via T-Mobile only at its launch and sold 60,000 units in a single week ?

Motorola XT720 an Android BLUR to Korea

While Motorola launch Motorola XT710 Android phone for China, the company has a localied version for Korea too, yep, its called XT720. FRunning Android 2.0 OS, Moto XT720 packs a 3.7 inch touchscreen display with WVGA resolution. Packs a 8MP camera which support autofocus and has flash, XT720 also packs Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and HDMI port. Other features that mandatory shall be available for Korean phones is the T-DMB tv tuner.

Its release date is expected to be next month although its ptice is not known.

While LG has LG eXpo for a smartphone which packs a pico projector, Samsung has Samsung W9600, a pico projector ewuipped phone which was introduced at CES yesterday. Beside its pico projector, there are no special specs on Samsung W9600. You only get a 5MP camera and a large AMOLED display but yeah, a pico projector is something you can count on..

Sonim announcing its Sonim XP3.2 Quest Pro rugged phone at CES. Compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile, Sonim XP3.2 Quest Pro also heading to Amazon, BestBuy and some other carrier. Designed as a dustproof and waterproof phone, Sonim said that XP3.2 Quest Pro is “the toughest phone available with an IP67 rating.”

While for shock, humidity, heat and salt resistancy, this rugged phone meet the MIL-810G standard. Its display is scratch and smash resistant with Gorilla Glass Lens.
