A new Android phone from Samsung called Samsung Gem SCH-i100 announced officially by Samsung USA. Samsung Gem runs Android 2.1 Eclair and will be available via Verizon. Samsung Gem sport a 3.2-inch WQVGA touchscreen display and powered by a 800MHz processor. It is packs a 3.2MP camera and a microSD card slot. The phone also support Swype virtual keyboard. No words on release date and pricing so far.
